It may become necessary grant to a particular curia, the power to supervise one or more Curia's under it, in addition to the usual powers. Such an upper Curia is called "Comitium". It will function like a curia and not as a new administrative body.
Regia
A new administrative body called Regia has its administration over an area which is too big for a Comitium but too small for a Senatus.

The Origin of "The Queen of Love" Curia - Kurusady
During the last few decades St. Antony's Church Kurusady was the head shrine for about 25 parishes. Now it has two sub-stations Vadakkukonam (Annal Nagar) and Vattakkarai.
Earlier the Preasidia from 9 Villages were under "The Queen of Love" Curia - Kurusady, now after the Bifurcation of the parishes this curia functions well with 13 Preasidia under it.
"The Queen of Love" Curia was formed in 18.02.1962 due to the efforts of
Rev. Fr. R. Antonymuthu. The zeal of the youth and the children in the spiritual life led to increase of the members of the curia., so in 15.05.1969 the junior curia was formed.
