Very early in the morning, on the first day of the week
that is on “Sunday” three loving women go to the grave,
to embalm the body of Jesus.
The grave is empty...
The body is no longer there...
He is risen again: He is not here...
"Victory" was the message of the risen Jesus to His disciples on Easter.
To go back to daily life, with the conviction that Jesus, who is alive, is present there .
To make the "news" known to all those who seek it ...
For this is "the Good News" which all men are waiting for ...
"Why look among the dead for one who is alive? "He is not here; He has risen.
The One Who is alive ...
Lord Jesus. what a day of glory was the day of Your resurrection! For this day You came into the world: for Your resurrection, and for that of all Your saints. This day is the beginning and the proof of our resurrection; the glorification of those who become other Christs. For this we were born; for this You created sun, moon, and stars; for this You gave us a mind and a will: to hope for and to love and to anticipate that day. Our life would have no meaning, but in the fulfillment of the resurrection.
I must take my time to evoke what these words mean ... I must try to give a content to these words. - use for this all images, all experiences, all sciences. - and all my faith! ...
